Program Overview

Thursday, September 24 — Welcome DinnerIntimate welcome dinner with your cohort at the hotel, located just 400 meters from Align Technology Headquarters.

Friday, September 25 — Full Immersion Day at Align HQA full-day SMARTA IPP immersion: clinical foundations, hands-on customization, guided scripting, and collaborative planning. You'll work directly with the Align CAD team and IPP coding specialists to review staging, refine decision points, and apply concepts to your own clinical preferences.

Friday Evening — Off-Site Closing DinnerCelebrate the experience and connect with colleagues in a relaxed, off-site setting.

Optional Saturday — Group Excursion (TBD)An informal day to explore Costa Rica with the cohort. Excursion pricing not included.

What's Included

Registration covers hotel accommodations for Thursday and Friday nights, daily breakfast, hosted dinners on Thursday and Friday, lunch during the Friday program, and shuttle transportation between the hotel and Align HQ. Optional stay extensions, Saturday excursions, and guest participation are available for an additional fee.
